I listen to the PM's speech on I-day. It was the best experience to watch a
person talking about all aspect of India. All news channels were filled with
gossips related to Mr. N. Modi's speech at Red Fort. All news was chanting
about each word of the speech. This was the proud moment for all Indians to
come together and celebrate the I-day in auspicious manner. In the past Indian
history not a single PM gave such a inspiring and heart touching speech ever.
This is the first time in past decade of an Indian politics; the Prime Minister
of India gave speech without any bullet proof glass and also watching public
straight eye without piping into speech paper. This all things shows that the
person in that post is so well prepared to tackled with any situation come
in-front.
As like others I was also watching news on TV and collecting thoughts of all journalists
on Modi's speech. Maximum are positive and some are critic as they belongs to
some other world. I was wondering from channel to channel but one channel makes
me feel bad. All other channels are discussing the speech and its points and
also taking a word from their senior journalist. But this channel's
editor-in-chief at the end of discussion asked that, "how many numbers
you'll give to the speech?" I mean, who are this people? Was there any
speech giving competition? Don’t they have
any respect for the person whom they are talking about? At least they must do
respect the designation of that person? , At least for the sake of
country. Even they are not any higher authorities from various
departments who can eligible to judge the speech. Rather than understanding the
basic concept of speech they started judging. Today's speech was for all
Indians who wanted to know how government will work. Who will get benefited?
And what are the present plans to make India the developed nation?
Media plays an important role in between Government and Public. People will know their politicians as shown by the media. But it doesn't mean that media will indulge the reputation of any higher official. We feel so embarrassed when any non-Indian talks any bullshit about any Indian political leader or anything, but our media putting such an insulting thing in front of the world then whom to blame? My question is not for the media personnel but I just want that media must criticize any government body if found non-working but when it comes to I-day, media must respect the PM and his SPEECH as well and never judge such thing of high importance. Because you<media> are there to discuss issues and convey it to the public or related body, but not to judge anything. Do your job others will do theirs. Don’t try to teach them ever
