Story of my appointment letter...perpetual struggle

     After my ITI, I started hunting for a job. I dropped my resume in all leading companies and struggling corporate where my knowledge as well as my skills can be utilize for their betterment. My name is Anand and I am from a bourgeoisie poor family. I completed my education on my own basis and enrol for ITI from the money I have earned from my childhood till being teenager. My life hangs between home and farm, but I don’t want to give my future family the same treatment that was given to me by my family. My family gave me the best they can and I want to deliver the same in more advance and better way to my family.

       My family contains parents, two elder sisters and a scion brother. I am the midst of them. Being the elder after marriages of my sisters all responsibility of my family is on me. I was eager to carry on my all duties as a son. But I am in need of a permanent job which will ensure monthly money for all requirements. Though I was a first class candidate of my batch, I have to struggle for a job. Until I get job I must have to continue with my daily routine. Morning farm, evening farm and remaining time job search.

       Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd issued an appointment letter for me. When it reached at my hometown post office it was delivered to the one who has same name as me. It may be the postman’s mistake or a thoughtful play against me. When this letter reached that persons home with a same name as his and mine he thought that it is not belongs to him. He throws it out without even reading it. According to the routine I was in the farm in the morning and my brother is also with me. I was in the middle of the farm deep in thinking something about family. My younger brother was behind cows to feed them in the farmland. He is well literate enough to read the words and understand its meaning. When he reached a place where all cow dung is stored and then it is recycled to make compost from it he found a letter scripted with my name on it. As he recognizes that the letter is 100% belongs to me he rushed towards me and handed over me the letter. I asked him about it and he told me all. When I opened it, I found that it was belongs to me and the company conducting an interview the next day and I have to be there in sharp 7 o’clock.

     Next day I manage to cope up with an interview time and also cleared it with distinction. I was happier to get the job as well as blessed that now I can solve all my problems and fulfil my needs.

May the letter takes a time to reach me but if the thing is written for you then it will definitely reach you all you need to be relax and just wait. Medium of reach may be anything but your actions after the situation defines your destiny. Perpetual struggle towards your goal is must otherwise there are lot more people who struggle themselves on the basis of their need. If you want to be happy and prosper in your life you must go for perpetual work. You’ll find yourself in a different rhythm of life where peace and happiness lives.

SUBMISSION .....AN ENGINEERING EXTORTION

SUBMISSIONS.....an engineering EXTORTION

Submission, when the word pokes an engineering student, he comes across with all his historical submission sinister. In engineering, along with all studies and stuff you have to complete your all submissions of each subject to get enrol for an examination. It’s a hard rock test of all students. This submission matter comes in midst of the examination which pour additional fuel to the fire. Student is a student not an iphone which is multitasking. All teachers with respective of all subjects gave submission date but unfortunately that dates of all submission is only one i.e. tomorrow. Now just educate me that student will do prepare for exam? Or he will start writing all the files and pages which will constitute his submission. If score of the exam is under the mark then also they are having a problem with. Actually whatever you do is what not needed and whatever we are not doing is the top most priority of us according to them [teacher]. So why don’t we call this system an extortionist?

   Dark clouds always have silver linings. Yes it is true, because whenever such tests like submission conducted the students come up with versatile qualities. Some are manages to do both and some are manages to do what is important. To entertain any situation we must know the priority of tasks. This submission feeds a fire of completion in us which took out impossible task from us. The thing which seems impossible to get done in last two to three month just seems possible in overnight task. You know if you calculate that energy in you, you’ll be enthralled. If the same energy will be utilize to do a prescribe task which will make us propagate towards our goal then just imagine what else we need? Just give it a thought!!

  Submission is a matter of copying one’s copyrights to complete the work. It sounds funny but that’s the truth. Only one or two students write their journal with their own wheedles and others just make a Xerox copy of it in their own handwriting. Unity is the only strength of en engineering student while checking the journal. But when anybody amongst them make a smart move and push him in front in checking the experiments without even informing others that he has written a lot more assignments than expected. This situation introduces you with his reality. Submission plays an important role sometime to recognize the real motive/face of some people.

   We promise our self that in the next submission we’ll accomplish all work in time. But my dear friend what about the same promise that you had done last year. Submission is good when done in-time and best if you want to know your hidden potential by doing it after the deadline. Submissions make you the taskmaster. You learn how to coax with time. You’ll know the best in you.

SUBMISSION is not a headache but yes it is a force to make you realise that you are unique and made for impossible things to make it possible.

Respect for her

Respect for HER

     Life has started with a responsibility by being someone’s daughter. She comes to this world with same enthusiasm and excitement as like him. Her life takes shape with a teaching of her mother, blessing of grandparents and experiences of society. She is trying to cope up with all expectations of her father and family. She is trying to prove herself in all aspect of life. She has a hard way as compared to him, but she never gave up. When the time and situation demands the proof, she is the one in front. Her responsibilities are increased as according to her age. Firstly daughter, then sister, wife, mother, etc.

     Everyone expect something from her. But do we know what she need? What are her expectations from us? When this questions asked to her, she answered in a soulful voice that, ‘‘my happiness is in your happiness ’’.   

     When a girl comes to a new home after her marriage, she changes her home as well as name. Don’t you think at least we should change circumstances around her so that she can feel safe and secure? It is our responsibility to give her same preference and ways to make her life independent and prosper. There is a huge happiness in daughters love, mothers care, wives respect and sisters push. 

When a child gets hurt she is the one who cry.

When the family is in danger, she is the one who defend.

When brother needed a push, she is there to punch.

When country needs a blood, her son and daughter are there.

 Every time when ever time demands her proof she is there and gave 100%. She is in all walks of life wining equal as like him. But why she is facing same thing everywhere. She has her life to spend in the way she wants. Today she is a doctor, an engineer, actress, director, etc. We must need to broaden our way of thinking about her. She is a responsibility not the opportunity. Remember you can’t even imagine the world without her. But she can imagine her life without you. You are dependent on her but she is not on you. She demands small but more valuable things from you like love, care, respect, support. On this woman’s day we must protect her right to be in this society in equal contrast with him.

      The dreams are change as according to the situation in front of us. It is the subject matter of changeability. From the day we born till present, we, at least have number of dreams which is equal to total number of days we have live divided by two. We switch our dreams as we change our clothes. When we are at early stage of innocence we come across with number of dreams which we tell everyone that I want to become this and that.

As we come to this world our parents load us with their dreams. ‘Mera beta engineer banega, Farhan Kureshi B.Tech engineer’. But as they come to know the truth, they do not put anything to us. At very young age, our parents gave us an example of our cousins that, ‘he is doctor. She is an engineer.’ They too want their children to do such things which make them proud. Parents have their plans regarding their kids future. But their son and daughters have dreams which are not at all fixed. Some day they want to become doctor and another day an engineer where as some day an actor.

     This quick shifting of dreams is cause because of the situation in front of them. When we saw any patriotic movie we have a damn instinct to join army, but the day overlaps dream also lures. When we saw any superman type movie we too behave or dreamt of becoming a superhero. When we saw a plane going over our home, we dreamt of becoming pilot. When we saw the car racing we too dreamt of driving a fastest car on the track. Dream, at the age of learning is just a thing that we love to change as according to the mood.

     This thing will continue till we turn into teenage level. In this phase also we behave in the same way as our teachers talk about the wealthy, prosper, studious, etc type people. This age make a lot of mental as well as physical changes. This change propagates us in different walks of life. Someday we want to be cricketers and celebrity and sometimes a businessman or social worker.

     Our dreams do not have any limits nor it has any class but they all are world class. When we attain the age of taking decision of our life we stumble. We don’t know what to do? Whom to ask? if we asked about this to anybody, they just suggest what we don’t like to do. Their suggestions differ from possibilities to reality.

And finally we come to stage where we have to go for one and only option remaining i.e. engineering. If you ask any engineer what is your dream before engineering? You will be surprise to know their answers. Some of them will say doctor, photographer, painter, freelancer, actor, novelist, and many more. At present they all engineers. One thing about engineering students is that when they do things other than engineering they gave one hundred percent in it. So many students who opted to do engineering are all accidental engineers, who, in search of their dream they got into this. This may be the story of many of you but remember only during engineering you’ll come across with your life’s purpose. So keep your eye open wide to recognise that one thing.

Engineering is the best time to do anything other than engineering.

Be in the race till it ends.

     Life is all about going into unknown. Beauty of life is in within the way we spent it. It is also depends with whom we spent our life. Life without aim is just like a file in the government office which goes from one table to another but do not reaches its prescribed destination. Many young people, today, spent their precious time in searching what actually they are looking for. Many of them try new things but when got dejected, quit it. Failure is not when you try and fail and again try but when you try then fails and then quit.

     Modern world has a modern thinking ability by which our young generation is driven by. This thinking makes them strong enough to take the decision of their life but also distracting them by available technical modernization. On one hand new tech world is enhancing the X generation technically and on other it deteriorating them mentally. Question is arises among the young mind that ‘what to do?’ When they start working for one of their interested area, they have to face many pathos and bathos. Doing one thing is what their aim is. But many among them while recalculating the result of their work financially; socially; personally; they are not satisfied and make them distracted from their aim. Today’s X gen is more concern about money factor. Whatever they see in any opportunity is the money they’ll get.

     Doing any work and then quitting it, is easy but what is hard is to stick with one till it ends. If you ask any successful person the definition of success you’ll come across one thing that they stick like a fevicol with only one thing. Here is a natural example to prove it- Any fruit say Mango, when planted as a seed starts its journey by coming out from the ground and heading towards the sun. Before giving fruits, plant must grow into tree. When fruits come on tree they retain there until they ripe. As they ripe they fall on ground or got picked. Remember to be the sweetest fruit all mangoes has to come out of seed be the plant then tree and then stuck there to be a sweetest mango. Same way we to have to take risk to come out of our seed like comfort zone. We have to stretch our self to do more work than our own limits. We must wait until we got perfection in something. Our hard work ensures the success. All you need to do while marching towards your goal is to be patience. May others got success before you, congratulate them and continue your efforts to ensure your success be more than theirs.

     All those good things achieved by many successors are ones leave back by the one who hustles. So be slow in doing work but don’t forget to give your best every day. Leaving one thing is easy but learning something which we do not know is tough as well as time consuming. So before switching from one goal to other sit back for a day and night or more and be sure on what you want to become heartily. And then be on the way without having any other thought.

     Best example – When you drink milk with bourn vita did you observe one thing? When you started gulping it, it feels less sweet and milkier. But as you reach the last sip of the drink it feels sweeter and milkier than all sips before. So here lies a secret of life if you want to taste the sweetness of success happily then just maintain patience throughout journey and wait till the journey ends.Remember Be in the race till it ends.

Engineering.........Scope & Hope

Engineering ,
                         In the last decades when any person asked the parents that ,''What is your son/daughter is doing?'' .the parents feels proud while answering ''Engineering''.This time parents may feel the most blessed parent of the Universe.:-p But today's scenario has changed. When same question is asked that .''What is your son/daughter doing?'' there is a slight but tremendous change happened into the parents answer that ,'' as usual engineering''. The word 'as usual' indicates that how much the quality of engineering education degraded.
                       There are lot of reasons behind the degradation of an engineering education.Main reason behind this is a lot of stock of students willing to do engineering but the availability of just handful of engineering colleges .The problem is sorted by many private engineering institutes.Same situation gives rise to other red signal,today we are having more colleges than the number of students actually eligible for doing engineering.  This provide a vast option of colleges to get admission into an engineering institute. Availability of numerous engineering colleges lures to loose quality of engineering education. To add a fuel to the fire, parents with a  bundles of cash to make their son who is not at all capable to sit into the B.Sc ,force him to sit into the best college of the city. Quality of student will be affected by such introduction of special case into an environment of engineering. All this stuff makes the need of education as a greed of money, This change result gave a chance to start the education Businesses. The pure and incredible duty of spreading education all over is now just a money making machine for many individuals .
                        When student comes to know about this all things ,he gets hurt!! He then surrounded by lot of misleading thoughts like along with him there are lot of students who are doing engineering and they too will gone pass at the same year ,then how many of us will get job?. Many of them who will get job are from IIT's , NIT's and many other reputed institutes. Who will gone pick us? What is our future?.Such kind of questions demotivates him and throw him into unsteady state of mind.
This is the main reason,our engineering students directed towards unhealthy,unwanted and unnecessary things. That is why Our colleges may not have a proper purified water to drink or a canteen to eat but we do have a pan palace just in front of the many engineering college gates. This gives rise in the number of students to waste their life in a smoke. ( health advisory - Smoking is injurious to Health)

One universal truth about coin is that it always has a two faces.  In this above situation we throw a light on one side of it lets see the other.

Engineering is the GOLDEN time for all those who wanted to make changes in this world by implementing the changes in himself/herself first. Life before engineering is spent to make yourself eligible for an engineering . And life after engineering will be spent in searching job,life partner and many other things that we wanted in our life and later we will be waiting for the retirement day.
Many students approaches for engineering cause they haven't any other option to do or they have a lot of options. 
So this four years(1460 days) (35040 Hours) (2102400 minutes) of engineering are the only Silver opportunity for an engineering student that he/she has in his/her life.Utilize this days to improving in yourself consistently along with engineering. Everyday add something new in you .
Work hard in the silence and let the success make loud sound. Believe in yourself and propagate in desired direction with synchronized planning and co-ordination of required motivation & criticism . If you carry out the SELF  IMPROVEMENT program throughout this years of engineering, one thing I'll assure you that you'll get what you deserve not immediately but yes definitely.

Abundant of examples are there in this world who are a qualified engineers but professionally they are other than engineer,which they love most. Many actors,Politician,Professionals,Entrepreneur,etc was once an Engineering student. Following list will make you aware of it nicely.

                    Writers like Chetan Bhagat and Amish Tripathi are professionally bankers ,before that they were also the Engineers from IIT's. look at them now what they are doing ? There are many more such examples ,one of it may emerging from your reading :-p

So if you are not at all interested in doing Engineering but still doing it cause of certain reason or choice then just remember one thing......## Engineering is the platform not to do just an engineering ,but too do everything else to express yourself and your feelings to the world in more efficient manner  ##

There are scope as well as a lot of hopes in an engineering ....choice is yours

GOD........An illusion or reality?

  India, Considered as one of the holistic land among all other parts of the world. 

You know why? Because infinite number of God and goddesses do live here, or maybe 100 billion devotees are here to serve God and Goddesses. Whatever may be the reason?

             Many people, actually almost all Indians have faith in God / temples. They may be irregular in caring themselves but praising and praying their so called God is always comes in the first priority of their schedule. Everyone accepted one untold truth that," We are created by God", "We are his children". Ohh really!! Ok fine if we are the creation of God then tell me why there is a need of parents? We are here in this world caused of our parents and we are saying that we are here cause of the God? What a bozo joke friends..:-D. 

             People complaint to God that, “God has done injustice with him”. My dear friend, tell me truly if God is a wise personality then why he will going to do any injustice with you? If God do exist then why he offers food, money, happiness and all other essential things to those who are already blessed with it in abundant? Why not he offers his kindness to the needy one? Why he gives a hard route to the needy/poor person? And if God do really exist then will you please ask him for me that when India became the developed nation? He won't answer, cause he do not actually present here. May be the God is just an illusion? Or it is only an unsolved mystery?  Whatever it is or was it doesn't matter with us because neither we are solving our doubts nor he is trying to even attempt that doubts. 

What I thought about this GOD?

Yes God do exist, but not in the temple nor in all the places where people go to find him. He exists in every one of us as a personal motivator, as a self inspiration. When you do anything impossible thing, that energy you got inside you is what the God is. When you are going through any worst situation of your life and still you finds the hope for living life, then this is what God has told you. God is always a matter of inside factors like feeling, love, care, respect. Your good will is the God. Don't waste your precious time in finding the God into the outside world.

Why many people need God for?

Lot of people blame God for making their life a hell. Many of them are complaining always about their bad luck. But they don't recognise that whatever they have done and doing is an act of themselves and not an ACT OF GOD. 

You know friends many people follow or believe in God cause of fear of failure. And when they get success they said, "I did it" but when they didn't they simply blame it on the God. For such people God is for just a following reason-

Excuses.....

They blame god for their own created failure. Ask God about reason behind this failure? And always make them apart from taking any responsibility, find excuses to avoid hard work....

Friends at the end I just pleased you to not be the such kind of person in life who always blame  the God and be the shame in his/her life, but be the responsible, accept all challenges in life and make this world a better place to live with the help of Inner motivated God............ATMA((SOUL))

Attendance........sounds like Attention :-P

Scenario during lecture. 

     When teacher enters the classroom, his mood is smiling as well as good whereas students faces are just like hanging clocks. Teacher, as always in the good mood of teaching and we (students) are not in the mood to get taught. Initial ten minutes were wasted in making control over the students. Students are of hard rock n they will be the same as the rock.

     There is a bench wise student distribution in the classroom.

First row - 9 and above pointer.

Second row - 9 and bellow.

Third row - 7, 8, 8.5 in this series.

Fourth row till third last are reserved for average students, where sometimes 9 pointer students sit and provide us with their incredible knowledge which they too do not actually possess. 

Last 2 rows - This rows are belongs to VVIP,XVIP,MLA And many other reputed personalities who frequently visited college for their great love towards their attendance. 

     When teacher ask any question to the students there is a fear roar spread among them. Game of #hide and be safe# started. Game rules are like those who hide themselves from teachers eyesight is saved whereas who caught by sir is deceased. There is a slight behavioral change observed during this wave that those who know the answer are put their head up in the sky where as those who know some part of answer looks towards the sky headers so that they can help them. Those who don't know the answer simply make them self comfortable on the bench and desk and wait till anybody answers the question and let us come out of fear roar.

     Sound quality of students varies according to situation. When talking to teacher or answering any query, sound frequency is too low that teacher can't here. But when it comes to talk or laugh with friend. OMG what a voice.  According to my observations, 10% students among all are come to college for actual learning. Then what about others? 

Why they come to college? What is their main purpose?

     Last 2 minute of the lecture answers my all these questions. 

ATTENDANCE! Yes, it is the attendance that made these remaining 90% students to come to college so that they should save from being expelled from semester. Hush......and yes it is quite true cause the silence maintain by all students during this 2 minutes of attendance is awesome and the voice frequency during their own attendance was splendid. If every student give same attention as like this 2 minutes in his own life's goal then that day is not far when they are called as the CHAMPION.After all for them attendance is as always an ATTENTION.
